There are a few notes to pass along regarding our shipping, so you?ll know. And, here they are:

We give Free First Class Mail Service at no cost for orders below $99. Typical transit time for this service is 3-10 business days.

We give Free Two-Day delivery Service at no cost for orders $99 and up. Typical transit time for this service is 2 business days, but we?ve been noticing lately some are taking longer.

Free shipping offers do not apply to AK, or HI.

You?ll see the option to upgrade your shipping service at checkout. Simply click on ?Refresh Rates? after inputting your Billing and Shipping Address info.

We cannot be held liable for the Postal Service taking longer than they quote for any of their services. We send your package just as you request and we pay the Post Office for that service. WE ALL KNOW the Postal Service has its issues and so we have to say that if your package takes longer than it should have for the level of shipping service on your order, we are sorry. But, please do understand that we have paid for the service you requested.

We generally ship orders the next business day after having received your order, given that the item(s) you ordered is in stock. However, on occasion, the volume of orders received can cause us to ship on the 2nd day. This is usually a rare instance and we try to limit it as much as possible. We ship all orders in the sequence that they come in.

When your order ships, our system automatically sends an Order Shipped email with your tracking to the email address you input into the order. If you do not see your Order Shipped email, please check your spam/junk folder. All notices get sent at the time the label is created. You do not need any special coupon or code to get the Free Shipping. It is applied automatically to your order.

RETURN POLICY

At EmperorOne, we here all the time how great our products are, however should you disagree, we have a no hassle 15 day return policy. Returns only accepted if the product has been unopened. Unfortunately if 15 days have passed since purchase, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and approved, we will notify you through email that a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and post to your account within (30) days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account within 30 days, please double check your bank or credit card statement, or contact your bank or credit card company directly as it generally takes only a few days to be posted back to your account.
